Open to parents and teens: Your middle and high school students are encouraged to attend this program with you. 

10 Tips to Manage Stress, presented by Dr. Wendy Hurwitz, a graduate of Yale School of Medicine, and nationally recognized expert in the fields of Mind/Body medicine and Energy Medicine.

What's the Difference between 'good' and 'bad' stress? Why do people respond to life's stresses different;y? Learn techniques to minimizie negative reactions to stress and maximize well-being.
